Dejah Bleu Kennels Puppy Contract Your new puppy comes with a. Special folder of information all about your new puppy. Such as Veterinarian examination, current vaccination, de-worming schedule, pedigree info & picture, of both parents, UKC and or ADBA registration. All of our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and free from visible signs of infection, contagious or communicable diseases when purchased. We guarantee the puppy to be free from any LIFE-THREATENING defects for 1 year from the date of birth. While we try to minimize parasites in our puppies do not guarantee against parasites, fleas or ticks. If you request Ear Cropping by our Vet, we do not guarantee results will be to your liking, we also do not guarantee against ear infection or outcome of surgery, ear cropping is a surgery & not all outcomes are perfect, infection can occur if your pup is not kept clean & dry for 2 wks. A licensed veterinarian must examine the puppy within 72 hours of delivery. If there is a problem with the health of the puppy, our veterinarian will interpret the report and if he concurs, then a replacement puppy will be given. There will be NO CASH OR CREDIT refunds. We offer replacement puppies only at the same value of what you had. If the puppy you want is more then you have to pay the difference. If you fail to have your puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery, we the seller, assume no further responsibility. We must be notified at once at the onset of any LIFE THREATENING problem, in writing, with a report from your veterinarian. If the puppy is proved to have a LIFE THREATENING congenital defect within 1 year and is returned to us, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. ALL  vet charges incurred by the purchaser are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will under no circumstances be paid by us. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, hips and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee. (Demodectic mange and red mange are known for these breeds. We do not guarantee against it) Our puppies are sold as PET QUALITY puppies. We do not guarantee your puppy to be able to sire or whelp puppies. Nor guarantee that will be able to show. Please do not take your puppy into public places unless absolutely necessary, until the puppy has had all its vaccinations (as recommended by your veterinarian) to insure immunity against disease. We know that you and your new puppy will spend many fun filled years together. If for some reason you are no longer able to keep him/her, Dejah Bleu Kennels is to be notified First and offer puppy back before placing with someone else. Dejah Bleu follows all the offspring's for the life of the puppy. We strive to make sure they are in safe hands and follow our pedigree closely. WE are here for the lifetime. We don't place our dogs lightly. Under NO circumstances shall buyer EVER change the registered name of said puppy. Under NO circumstances shall buyer change the registry of said puppy, it shall remain registered ONLY with the ADBA/UKC.The name Dejah Bleu's will proceed before the buyers chosen name, and shall NOT be changed for any reason. Under no circumstances can any buyer get a Dejah Bleu Puppy and turn around to resale it for a profit We are not scammer and expect not to be scammed. This is a binding contract between the Breeder and the Buyer, any breach of this contract, breeder/seller will be entitled to 5 times the purchase price of the puppy including all court and attorney fees.
